I have owned 7 Keurig machines over the last 4 years. EVERY one has failed. I have bought all from Costco or Kohls. Of course, every time is failed they were out of warranty by a couple of months. I use these at home, our office, and our store. All the Keurigs seem to have manufacturing problems. They are all made in China, which problaby makes most of these K cup machines that are now available. I do know so far, the Breville has been the best. Quiet, fast and quick recovery. Also, very stylish. I have 2 of these, and use one at home and one at our Ice Cream Shop. The Ice Cream Shop get heavy use, and of course I will probably swith to the commercial Keurig which is only available from distributors which will charge us about $20. per 18 cup box. Yeah, quite a rip but as one knows you cannot beat the taste if your water supply is good. ..
